USA Ninja Association (USANA) is the national governing body for Ninja Sport and competitions in the United States of America.
To support, inspire, and engage Ninja athletes at all levels.
A Ninja Warrior community in the United States where athletes can compete at every level in a safe, fair environment free from the influences of vested interests.
To promote the development of Ninja competitions in the United States by and for the athletes, and provide opportunities for athletes up to the highest levels of international competition.
USANA has a general charge of the business affairs and activities of the organization and defines the policies for carrying out the purposes of the organization as set down in the bylaws. USANA will be an autonomous body and Technical Committee of USA Pentathlon Multisport (USAPM), a member of the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee.
Governance is guided by the USANA Board of Directors, made up of the officers who are advised by the committees.

The USANA Internal Regulations may be amended by vote of the Officers. Any such resolution to amend the internal regulations by vote of the Officers shall be posted on the USANA website for a period of not less than 30 days prior to being voted upon. View the draft bylaws below.
