USAN subscribes to the World Obstacle SafeSport Code, policies of the IOC SafeSport and U.S. SafeSport. We require all coaches, trainers, and members, including the officers, directors, and committee members to complete U.S. SafeSport training.
The policies of USAN follow World Obstacle regarding transgender athletes and comply with the International Olympic Committee (IOC) recommendations.
Equality and safety are of paramount importance to Ninja Sport, and USAN does not tolerate hate speech or actions. Behaviour counter to principles of sport will result in sanctions/ exclusion/ disqualification of individuals and or organisations.
USANA members and staff are bound by the USAPM code of conduct and FISO Code of Ethics. This details the ethical principles of USAPM, based on the core values and the standards to which the members shall be held.
USAN has adopted the World Anti-Doping Agency Code (the “Code”). Anti-Doping Rules are adopted and implemented in compliance with USAN's responsibilities under the Code and are in furtherance of USAN's continuing efforts to prevent doping in Ninja Sport.
The safety of athletes, spectators, staff, volunteers, and all people involved with Ninja disciplines, events training, and competitions is of the utmost importance for the continued growth and development of the sport. USAN is committed to developing safety standards ensuring design, build, structural integrity, use, maintenance and procedures meet minimum standards provided by ASTM International, EU-CE, industry standards and best practices.
