GOVERNANCE
USA NINJA has a general charge of the business affairs and activities of the organization and defines the policies for carrying out the purposes of the organization as set down in the bylaws. USAN will be an autonomous body and Technical Committee of USA Pentathlon Multisport (USAPM), a member of the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee.
Governance is guided by the USAN Board of Directors, made up of the officers who are advised by the committees.
