USAN is run by volunteers who help carry out national and regional tasks and deliver events and training programs. Committees advise the Board of Directors and manage all aspects of the sport in the United States of America.
Committee chairs have the right to attend board meetings. It is the responsibility of the members of each Committee to support USAN´s efforts to develop Ninja sports and events in the United States.
All committees collaborate with cross functional tasks.

ATHLETE COMMITTEE
The Athletes Committee provides representation for our athletes at every level of the sport.
This Committee is responsible for creating policies, guidelines, opinions, and advice on USAN policies that affect athletes in Ninja competitions, from grassroots to the national team. As an active member of this committee, you are dedicated and committed to ensuring that our athletes have a voice in all matters that affect them.

DIVERSITY COMMITTEE
The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee establishes policies and guidelines for diversity and inclusion priorities, develops and promotes policies to improve recognition and representation of athletes with a more diverse array of backgrounds and identities.

OPERATIONS COMMITTEE
The Event Operations Committee is responsible for creating event schedules, managing participant registration, determining run orders, and is a hub for volunteer coordination. The Event Operations Committee ensures effective planning and execution of events hosted by the USA Ninja.

DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
The Development Committee manages official training & certification, coaching, training, coach certification & athlete development. It collaborates with the Medical Committee to ensure the health and wellness of youth, junior, senior, elite, and masters athletes.

SPONSORSHIP COMMITTEE
The Sponsorship Committee cultivates and manages partnerships with businesses and organizations. Their primary objective is to secure sponsorships and collaborations that support the association's events, programs, and initiatives. This involves identifying potential sponsors, negotiating agreements, and ensuring the fulfillment of sponsorship benefits while maintaining strong relationships with partners. Through strategic alliances, the committee aims to enhance the association's visibility, drive growth, and provide valuable opportunities for sponsors to engage with the ninja community.

LEAGUES COMMITTEE
The Leagues Committee represents Ninja league and gym owners. This committee guides local, regional, and national competitions. The Leagues Committee coordinates with the Competitions Committee for championship events.

MEDICAL COMMITTEE
The Medical Committee provides guidance on athletes' medical safety, health, and wellness and establishes policies and guidelines for USAN-sanctioned competitions, coaching, and training. It manages Anti-doping and SafeSport functions, ensuring USAN complies with the USADA and WADA anti-doping policies.
MEDIA COMMITTEE
The Media Committee manages all aspects of communication, media, and marketing, including social media and public relations.
