Check-In Information
Important: Obstacle Sports Expo waiver
All participants must fill out the OSE waiver form. We highly recommend the form is completed online prior to check-in at the Convention Hall. If you have filled it out via another event’s instruction then it is not needed to do again - this is a waiver that covers ALL events at the OSE.
Check-in Times
Tuesday: 12pm - 8pm
Wednesday: 7am - 7pm
Thursday: 7am - 7pm
Friday: 7am - 7pm
Saturday: 7am - 3pm
Sunday: 7am - 3pm
· Be sure to allow enough time to check-in prior to your wave. There will be a priority line if you are the first wave of the day and you are unable to check-in the day before.
· At check-in, please have the QR code in Ninja Master available to be scanned. You will receive wristbands for all registered events and swag bags.
· There will be a separate table to receive spectator wristbands. Please have the QR code available to scan for the spectator wristbands. If you are splitting a pack with another family, ensure you have separated the QR codes for each individual. You must be in there in person to pick up the spectator wristband.
Run Order and Results

Note: The run order for the US Athlete Top 50% 2nd prelim run will maintain the same run order as the first run with only the Top 50% athletes based on time. For any US age group/gender that has 32 or less athletes, all athletes will receive a 2nd run.
Volunteers
Running an event as big as the US Ninja Nationals requires the help of dozens of volunteers. We need help with Admin Check-In, Course Re-setters, Course Tear-Down, and everything in between!
There will be daily drawings for exciting prizes for our volunteers such as:
- USA Ninja Nationals Flop Ball
- Course run vs. an Elite Ninja (we might even give you a head start!)
- The opportunity to be a Guest Commentator for our semi-finals!
- USA Ninja sticker
- USA Ninja Nationals T-shirt

Event Schedule
Please view the schedule below. Wave times may be adjusted slightly closer to the event. The multiple leagues have worked together to avoid conflicts as possible. If there are any conflicts with the UNAA 11U or 13U finals on Friday, July 26, the league and race directors will ensure the ability to participate in both events.
