USA Ninja (USAN), formal name USA Ninja Association, is the National Governing Body for Ninja Sport and events in the United States of America. ​NGBs are member-based associations that represent the needs of the sport through athlete representation and engagement. 

USAN is not affiliated with commercial organizations but may sanction, approve, and/or collaborate with organizations that uphold criteria for safety, safesport, fairness, ethics, and accessibility as specified by the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee and World Obstacle, the international governing body.
